Emily Jacobson is a somatic coach, nervous system educator, and mom who knows what it’s like to look calm on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. After a 20-year career in public service — and her own experience navigating burnout and reactivity — she now helps parents understand the science of stress and build simple, real-time regulation tools they can use in the middle of everyday parenting moments.
